With the virtualized version of genucenter, the operation for remote maintenance scenarios on MS Hyper-V is now officially supported.
genucenter Virtual is compatible with the following hypervisors:
- Hyper-V in remote maintenance scenarios
- Linux KVM
- VMware ESXi
With its introduction the “genucenter software license – virtualized software” will be replaced by genucenter Virtual. Existing data from “genucenter software license - virtualized software” can easily be transferred to genucenter Virtual (licenses of genucenter 8.4p1 and newer are accepted).
